Terms & Conditions
Payment and Deposits
- All prices are exclusive of VAT, charged at 20%.
- A minimum 30% deposit is required for all bookings. Full payment is due 28 days before the date of service.
- Any variations to the original booking, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, parking fees, additional stops, or address changes, will automatically be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Bespoke London Chauffeurs Ltd.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a booking is cancelled by the customer within two weeks of the start of the hire period, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
- If a booking is cancelled by the customer within one week of the start of the hire period, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
- For wedding bookings, if cancelled within one month, the deposit will be non-refundable. If cancelled within two weeks, the full hire amount will be charged.
- For multiple vehicle bookings for major social or corporate events, cancellations within five days of the hire period will result in 100% of all monies paid being non-refundable.
- If the customer fails to appear at the designated pick-up point and time, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
- Bespoke London Chauffeurs requires a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any online bookings.
For bookings with less than 12 hours’ notice, please call our helpline at +44 20 3918 1515. - While we always strive to ensure our chauffeurs are punctual, Bespoke London Chauffeurs cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Our chauffeurs drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits.
- Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle and will be billed for repair or valeting costs, as well as any loss of earnings resulting from the vehicle being off the road.
- Occasionally, we may provide subcontracted vehicles.
- By providing your email address, you consent to Bespoke London Chauffeurs Ltd contacting you via email. We will never share your email address with third parties.
- We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur if necessary.
- Every effort will be made by Bespoke London Chauffeurs Ltd to ensure that our vehicles or subcontractors’ vehicles arrive on time.
- Our chauffeurs will take the most suitable route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.
- Bespoke London Chauffeurs Ltd and all subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customer property is carried entirely at the owner’s risk, and Bespoke London Chauffeurs Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to such property.
- We maintain a record of lost property and will make every effort to return lost items found in our vehicles to their owners.
- Bespoke London Chauffeurs Ltd and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.
- All our vehicles operate under a strict non-smoking policy.
- Online quotations do not include public and bank holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day: 100% surcharge applies.
All other Bank Holidays: 25% surcharge applies.
- Major events such as Wimbledon and Ascot are subject to premium rates; therefore, online bookings for these events may not be valid.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
